Important Information:
- All vehicles MUST be removed from the exhibit hall immediately following the close of the show at 6 pm on Sunday, April 28th. If you need to arrange for overnight storage of vehicles please email Lisa Tomsio, as soon as possible to arrange.
- The VIP Party to celebrate the opening of the show is an offsite, invitation only event. There is no need to staff your booth during this time.
- Please submit your certificate of insurance to Lisa Tomsio as soon as possible. The requirements for the COI are listed in the Exhibitor Manual
- Please submit your Self-Authorization Form to the TxDMV at MVD-Show_and_Exhibitions@txdmv.gov
